AAAR: Administering Of COVID-19 Vaccine By Hospitals Attracts 5% GST - 25.01.2023

Andhra Pradesh Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling (AAAR) has observed that hospitals must pay 5% Goods and Service Tax (GST) when administering the COVID-19 vaccine.
