Del. HC Notifies Rules For Live Streaming and Recording Of Court proceedings - 24.01.2023

Delhi High Court has notified 'Steaming and Recording of Court Proceedings Rules of the High Court of Delhi, 2022' for “imbuing greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice.” The Rules were notified in the official gazette on January 13.
