Guahati HC: Accused Absconded May Reflect Guilty Mind; Same Is Not Substantive Evidence of his Guilt - 23.01.2023

Gauhati High Court has ruled that an absconding accused reflects guilty state of mind, however, the same cannot be a substantive evidence of his guilt in the absence of other incriminating material linked to the crime.
