Bombay HC Stays Govt. Order Granting Blanket Amnesty to ST Quota Employees Holding Fake Certificates - 27.04.2016

Bombay HC has stayed Government order that assured protection to all ST quota employees, appointed from 1995 to 2001, whose certificates turned out to be fake or never verified.
