Ker. HC: Can't Snoop on Neighbors in Guise of Installing Cameras for Security - 20.01.2023

Kerala High Court has observed that no one should be permitted to snoop into the affairs of their neighbors, in the guise of installing CCTV cameras for security and directed Police Chief to come out with appropriate guidelines regarding the manner in which cameras are to be installed.
