All. HC: Can’t Quash Proceedings on The Basis of Compromise Between Accused and Victim - 18.01.2023

Allahabad High Court while refusing to quash proceedings on the basis of compromise between accused and injured victims has held that crimes was against the society and not against injured sons of informant alone and therefore victims have no authority to pardon accused persons.
