SC: Can’t Convict Accused Solely on The Basis of ‘Last Seen’ Circumstance - 18.01.2023

Supreme Court while setting aside concurrent conviction of murder accused has held that ‘last seen’ doctrine has limited application and court should not convict an accused only on the basis of this doctrine.
