Enhanced declaration limits for passengers coming to India

Customs Baggage Declaration (Amendment) Regulations, 2015

The Central Board of Excise and Customs amended the Customs Baggage Declaration Regulations, 2013. The amendments increase the customs duty free allowance in Form 1 of the Regulations, 2013. Declarations also now need to be made if televisions are brought into the country.
