AP HC Stays State’s Decision to Prohibit Holding of Public Meetings on Roads - 16.01.2023

Andhra Pradesh High Court has stayed the operation of an order passed by the state government prohibiting the conducting of the public meetings on public roads while observing that the impugned order is contrary to the procedure provided under Section 30 of the Police Act, 1861.
