SC Upholds Constitutional Validity of Section 3A(3) HPMVT Act - 16.01.2023

Supreme Court has upheld the constitutional validity of levy of additional special road tax under Section 3A(3) of Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation (HPMVT) Act, 1972.
