Delhi HC: Plaintiff Must Show Prima Facie Falsehood in Publication While Seeking Interim Injunction - 13.01.2023

Delhi High Court has held that plaintiff must be held bound to establish that what is about to be published or broadcast is fundamentally removed from the truth, denigratory or slanderous, or else an injunction would justifiably be refused.
