Delhi Court Denies Bail to Accused in Air India Mid-Air Urination Case - 12.01.2023

Delhi Court while denying bail to accused Shankar Mishra in case for urinating on an elderly woman on a New York-Delhi Air India flight in November last year, has observed that alleged act of the accused is utterly disgusting and repulsive and is sufficient to outrage modesty of any woman.
