Guj. HC: Life and Liberty of Foreigner Can’t Be Invoked on His Behalf When He is Not in India - 11.01.2023

Gujarat High Court has held that a foreign citizen can’t invoke Right to life and liberty under the Article 21 of Indian Constitution if he is not himself present in India.
