AP HC: SC’s Triple Talaq Verdict to Apply Retrospectively - 11.01.2023

Andhra Pradesh High Court while setting aside trial court order and rejecting husband's plaint for declaration of a divorce decree upon pronouncement of triple talaq, has held that operation of Supreme Court’s 2017 verdict on Triple Talaq is retrospective in nature.
