Gauhati HC: Undertrial Can’t Seek Private Hospital Treatment When Same is Available in Govt Hospital - 11.01.2023

Gauhati High Court has held that fundamental right to seek medical treatment can’t be interpreted and extended to get undertrial treated in a private hospital of his own choice, while such kind of treatment is available in the government Hospitals.
