Del HC: Can File for Pre-Arrest Bail in FIR U/S 376(3) IPC if Incident Happened Prior to 2018 - 11.01.2023

Delhi High Court has held that there is no bar to file anticipatory bail under section 438(4) of CrPC in FIR registered under Section 376(3) of Indian Penal Code when the alleged incident happened prior to introduction of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2018.
