SC: Limitation U/S 34 A&C Act in Case of Suo Moto Correction of Award is Date of Correction - 11.01.2023

Supreme Court has held that starting point for limitation under Section 34(3) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, in case of suo moto correction of award, would be date on which correction was made and corrected award is received by the party.
