Madras HC Restraints TANGEDCO Employees from Going on Strike - 10.01.2023

Madras High Court while temporarily restraining employees of TANGEDCO from going on a strike on January 10 or on any future date has observed that since electricity is an essential service, if employees went on strike, it would affect the public at large.
