SC to States: Submit Suggestions for Model Builder-Buyer Agreement With Mandatory RERA Clauses - 10.01.2023

Supreme Court has asked States to submit suggestions to Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs on model builder-buyer agreement with the mandatory provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (RERA) Act, 2016.
