AP HC: Can't Appointed Advocate Commissioner to Collect Evidence for Parties - 09.01.2023

Andhra Pradesh High Court while observing that local investigation is best way to find out possession when there is dispute regarding identity of property, has held that Advocate commissioner can’t be appointed if there is no dispute about the property, identity and its measurements.
