SC: WP Can be Allowed to Examine if Conditions to Issue Notice U/S 148 IT Act Are Satisfied - 09.01.2023

Supreme Court has held that writ petitions can been entertained to examine whether the conditions for the issuance of notice under Section 148 of the Income Tax (IT) Act have been satisfied.
