SC Transfers Petitions Pending Before HCs’ For Recognition of Same Sex Marriages to Itself - 09.01.2023

Supreme Court has transferred to itself petitions seeking recognition of same sex marriages in India and also granted liberty to petitioners to appear on virtual platform and advance their submissions.
