SC Stays HC’s Interim Order Staying Assam-Meghalaya Border Pact - 09.01.2023

Supreme Court has stayed interim order passed by Meghalaya High Court which had put stay on the execution of Assam-Meghalaya border pact, which was entered into by two States subsequent to signing of a Memorandum of Understanding dated 29.03.2022.
