NCLAT to Google: Deposit 10% of Penalty as Interim Measure - 06.01.2023

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Principal Bench while adjudicating an appeal filed in Google LLC & Anr. v CCI, has admitted Google’s appeal against CCI order dated 20.10.2022, subject to deposit of 10% of penalty amount of Rs. 1337.76 Crores.
