Del. HC: Court Can Permit Parties to Join Appln. Seeking Leave to Sue Trust Before Grant of Leave - 06.01.2023

Delhi High Court has held that courts can permit a person to join an application seeking leave to institute a suit against a Trust under Section 92 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as at that stage the suit is yet to be instituted.
