Kar. HC: RERA Has No Authority Over Projects Granted Partial OC Prior to Enforcement of Act - 05.01.2023

Karnataka High Court has held that due to issuance of occupancy certificate (OC) prior to enforcement of Act, the project loses its character, as an ongoing project and therefore determination of complaint by RERA Authority was without jurisdiction and requires to be obliterated.
