SC: Delay in Filing CIRP Application Can be Condoned on Giving Sufficient Reasons - 05.01.2023

Supreme Court while observing that Limitation Act, 1963 is applicable to applications filed under Sections 7 and 9 of IBC, has held that delay in initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) is condonable on sufficient grounds.
