Delhi Court rants Bail to Photojournalist Manan Dar in UAPA Case - 04.01.2023

Delhi Court has granted bail to Kashmir based photojournalist Mohd Manan Dar in a case registered under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 while observing that accusation made by National Investigation Agency against him does not appear to be cogent and true.
