Delhi HC to State: Ensure Free Food, Medical Treatment to BPL HIV+ Persons - 03.01.2023

Delhi High Court has directed Delhi Government to ensure free food and medical treatment to HIV positive persons, who are below the poverty line (BPL) and are unable to afford the same and ensure strict compliance of HIV and AIDS (Prevention & Control) Act, 2017.
