All. HC: Removing Body from Murder Scene to Another Place Doesn't Come U/S 201 IPC - 29.12.2022

Allahabad High Court has observed that removing dead body from the scene of the murder to another place does not come within the ambit of Section 201 IPC as the removal does not cause the disappearance of evidence of the commission of the murder.
