Gauhati HC to State: File Status Reports on Child Sexual Abuse Cases Before HC's JJC Every 6 Months - 28.12.2022

Gauhati High Court while issuing directions for proper enquiry in cases relating to sexual abuse of children has directed State and Assam State Commission for Protection of Child Rights to file a report of any such incident to Juvenile Justice Committee (JJC) of Guahati High Court every six months.
