Delhi HC: Speaker Can't Make Appointments to Secretariat - 27.12.2022

Delhi High Court while observing that Article 187 of Constitution applies to States for having separate secretarial staff and can’t be made applicable to Delhi which is Union Territory, has held that Speaker or any authority under it has no competence to make appointments to house secretariat.
