Delhi HC: Order Rejecting Appln. for Impleading 3rd Party is Not Interim Arbitration Award - 26.12.2022

Delhi High Court has held that an order of tribunal rejecting the application for impleading a party to arbitration is not an interim award but merely a procedural order, therefore, cannot be challenged under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
