Ker. HC Allows Litigants to Seek Deletion of Personal Identities in Family Cases - 22.12.2022

Kerala High Court has held that personal information of parties may not be published on High Court website in respect of family and matrimonial cases if parties in those cases make such a request and permitted masking of personal identities in cases where law does not recognize open court system.
