P&H HC Grants Bail to Army Personnel in Chandigarh University Video Leak Case - 22.12.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court while granting bail to Army man Sanjeev Singh, who was arrested in the Chandigarh University video leak case, has observed that since entire investigation is complete, accused can’t be put behind bars for an indefinite time period.
