Bombay HC: Can’t Use Law to Harass People - 22.12.2022

Bombay High Court while quashing FIR lodged against Solapur-based man for spying under Official Secrets Act for clicking photo of police station has observed such legislation can’t be lightly invoked to jeopardize someone's life; Law can’t be used as a tool for harassing or tormenting person.
