J&K&L HC: Writ Jurisdiction Can’t Override Efficacious Statutory Dispensation - 21.12.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that where statutory remedy is created by law, the writ petition should not be entertained ignoring the statutory dispensation, unless it is inefficacious.
