J&K&L HC: Investigating Agency of State Government Can Probe Scheduled UAPA Offences - 21.12.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court recently has held that provisions of National Investigation Act do not prohibit investigation of Scheduled offences under UAPA by Local Investigating Agencies and can be probed by investigating agencies of State government.
