P&H HC: Husband Not Entitled to Retain Dowry Items After Convicted for Murdering Wife - 21.12.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that a husband convicted for murdering his wife shall not be entitled to claim ownership over the dowry items received at the time of marriage in view of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
