Madras HC to State: Pay Compensation to Family of Man Missing Since Hospital Admission for COVID-19 - 21.12.2022

Madras High Court has directed State to pay Rs 1 lakh compensation to family of 74 year old man who has not been found since being taken to government hospital in June 2020 for COVID-19 treatment and directed police to take effective step to find his whereabouts.
