SC to Centre & IITs: Allow Reservation in Faculty, Research Degree Admissions as Per 2019 Act - 21.12.2022

Supreme Court has directed Central government and IITs to follow the reservation policy for admission in research degree programmes and recruitment of faculty members as provided under Central Educational Institutions (Reservation in Teachers' Cadre) Act, 2019.
