Delhi HC: Sexual Harassment During Childhood Have Insurmountable Long-Term Effects - 20.12.2022

Delhi High Court while upholding dismissal of teacher accused of molestation, has observed that in matters relating to sexual harassment of children, paramount consideration is to be given to well-being of child as long-term effects of childhood sexual harassment are at many times insurmountable.
