Delhi HC: Not Court's Duty to Monitor Public Urination - 20.12.2022

Delhi High Court while dismissing a PIL against practice of affixing sacred images of gods on walls as measure to prevent public urination and spitting has observed that it is not duty of court to monitor movement of citizens to see whether one indulges in public urination, spitting and littering.
