Guj. HC Issues Show Cause Notice to Judicial Officers for Not Disposing of Suit Pending Since 1977 - 20.12.2022

Gujarat High Court has issued show cause notices to ten judicial officers in State asking for an explanation as to why contempt of court proceedings should not be initiated against them for failing to dispose of a suit pending since 1977, despite express orders of the High Court.
