MP HC: Courts Other Than HCs’ to be Addressed as District Judiciary and Not Sub-Ordinate Judiciary - 19.12.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has passed a notification whereby all the courts in the State other than the High Court (HC) shall now be referred to as District Judiciary and not Subordinate Judiciary.
