SC: Principle of 'Changing Rules of Game’ Won't Apply if Change is Regarding Selection Process - 19.12.2022

Supreme Court while observing that change in the selection process will not amount to changing 'rules of the game', has held that principle that 'rules of game can’t be changed after game has started' will apply only when basic qualification is sought to be changed after notification.
