SC: Offence of Organised Crime is Constituted by at Least One Instance of Continuation - 16.12.2022

Supreme Court has held that offence of organised crime under Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organised Crime Act, 2015 is constituted by at least one instance of continuation, apart from continuing unlawful activity.
