SC: Testimony of Hostile Witness Can be Considered to Convict Accused - 16.12.2022

Supreme Court Constitution bench while observing that witness turning hostile does not result in automatic rejection of evidence has held that there is no legal bar to raise a conviction upon a hostile witness testimony if corroborated by other reliable evidence.
