SC Allows Rajasthan HC Bar Association Elections - 16.12.2022

Supreme Court has allowed Rajasthan High Court Bar Association to conduct elections for the post of office-bearers on Friday, December 16, strictly in accordance with the guidelines laid down and without contravening the principle of 'One Bar, One Vote'.
