Bom. HC: Not Possible to Use Garian Land for Rehabilitation of People Affected by Koyna Dam Project - 16.12.2022

Bombay High Court has observed that Gairan land cannot be allotted for private purposes, and it may not be possible to use them for rehabilitation of project-affected persons of Koyna Dam in Satara district.
